Personal Training is available at The Siesta Key Fitness Center; by the hour, by the half hour, individually, with a partner, in a group, as a onetime consultation/program design, as an ongoing standing appointment, for Body Fat Testing, and/or for nutritional counseling. Rates

All or our trainers work as independants and determine their own rates based on experience and availability. 1/2 Hour sessions generally range from $35-$45 and 1 hour sessions generally range from $60-$85 dollars.
